You can get a complete refund for a damaged or wrong product, please make sure to appeal within 30 days of receiving the order.

Refund processing time: 7-14 days after receiving the item back.

The refunds will be sent directly to the exact card or PayPal/Stripe account that was used for the purchase.

Few things to note in terms of exchanges: we would only be able to accept the items that are damaged upon arrival or if the item is not what you ordered. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.
